- Freight
damage claims must be reported within 15 days of receipt of merchandise
with a proper pictures of the damage goods. Please e-mail your claim and
evidence picture to us at
sales@juvelinternational.com
Shortages and damages must be reported within 15 days of receipt of
merchandise or we will not be responsible to any losses incurred.
Failure to take picture of the damage goods will delay or nullify the
claim.

No returns will be accepted
without our prior authorization. Shipping charge is not refundable.

Each piece of product has its
uniqueness such as wood pattern and texture, colors and shades of water
buffalo horn, pattern of texture of handmade natural leaves and paper
products. This is natural characteristics of handmade products.
Juvel International, Inc. shall not be responsible for
money refund or exchange caused by its product characteristics.

If you need to return the problematic
product(s), you will
be responsible for the shipping to us. Please enclose original invoice in
a carton, identify the carton as "Product Returned", wrap the
package securely and send to us at the following address:
