Green Curry

Green Curry with chicken or Beef

 

For 2-4 Servings

 

Ingredients:

1          Full chicken breast, sliced thin 

1    Tablespoon Green chili paste (for mild taste)

1          can of bamboo shoots

1/2    cup of thin slices carrots

1/2    cup of green pepper

1          can of coconut milk

2-3    Lemon grass leaves, diced thin  (the kaffir lime leaves)

Flavor with sugar, fish sauce

Cooking Methods:   

  1. Pour the coconut cream (top thick paste) and green curry paste into a large saucepan and heat till boiled.

2          Add the meat, fish sauce, and sugar. Cool at a slow boil for 5 minutes.

3          Add the carrots and bamboo shoots and simmer for 2 minutes.

4          Add the rest of coconut cream and stir to combine. Add the diced lime leaves for fragrance. Turn the heat off.

5          Remove the contents into a serving bowl and garnish with red pepper if desire.
